Products are eligible for return only if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
Due to the nature of beverage products, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed items unless they are defective or contaminated.
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or partially used beverages
Expired return request period products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
To initiate a return:

Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
Attach clear photos/videos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer:
Free replacement, or
Full refund
This will depend on stock availability and customer preference.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping.
If the return is requested for other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed.
